The people behind LTPisos

Francisca Undurraga has two decades of experience in graphic design, specializing in corporate packaging and editorial design. A graduate of Graphic Design from Finis Terrae University, she has devoted recent years to book publishing and corporate reports, consolidating her expertise in managing publications and corporate documents.

She is currently responsible for administration, operations, and accounting at LTPisos Design & Engineering S.p.A., playing a fundamental role in the company's efficient operation.

Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with specialization in the mechanical behavior of concrete slabs and pavements. He considers rational analyses and mechanical responses of slabs on soil through finite element methods, including Islab2000 and Everfee.

Throughout his career, he has led complex companies and projects, including the General Management of TCPavements, where he directed the development and patenting of TCP® technology and OptiPave® and OptiPave2® software. Under his leadership, the technology was commercialized in over 70 countries, including Chile, the United States, Peru, Colombia, and Australia.

As CEO of LTPisos, he has supervised the design of slabs, coatings, and concrete pavements in several countries, accumulating over 300 projects and 8 million m² built across 5 countries.

He is also Executive Director of the ISCP (International Society for Concrete Pavements) and actively participates in the design and construction committees for Concrete Pavements at the ACI (American Concrete Institute).

He has been a professor of Concrete Technology and Engineering Materials at Universidad de Los Andes, and is currently a professor in the high-performance concrete diploma program at Idiem Universidad de Chile and in pavements at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management and over 13 years of experience advising construction companies on infrastructure, mining, building, and industrial slab projects.

Partner and Technical Manager of Litoral Asesorías Ltda., specialized in concrete technology with a focus on permanent technical consulting, mix optimization, thermal control in massive concretes, and on-site training. He works regularly with first-class construction companies: INGEVEC, EIMISA, ICAFAL, FLESAN, BESALCO, CVV, CONPAX, EXCON, and BRAVO E IZQUIERDO.

As Partner and Project Manager of LTPisos since 2016, he leads technical diagnosis of field failures, technical support during execution and projects in Chile, Peru, and Mexico. His work as field engineer ensures that OptiSlab design is correctly implemented in every project.
